| Re:? Most of our products are sold to the foreign countries, we only do the wholesale but not retail, so general, we do not offer to personal or family(Except the stock of the samples).

| Re: Yes, of cause, we can make any samples according to your samples, design sketch or photo, we make and send the samples upon received sample fee. The client pay the transportation fee, If ocean shipping or air-express are required, please provide the UPS, DHL, or the FEDEX account number.

| Re: According to client¡¯s requirements, we are capable of providing one-stop service from products development to production:
1. Please specify the detailed requirements when asking for our quotation: 1) Specify the materials of the fabric, color,(fabric swatch or PANTONE of the color). 2) Samples, photos or design sketch,3) Size specification, the size requirement of the sample. 4) Quantity; 5) Packing and other requirements Please provide the information as detailed as possible, so that we may provide the most substantial price and meet your requirements better.
2. Sample Process: During the sample making period, our company will notify you the latest situation of the products through E-mail, and meet your requirements through constant improving, it requires 2-3 weeks for making samples.
3. Issuing the sale contract. It contain name of commodity, specification, quantity, packing, price, shipping date, payment, terms of payment, bills, besides insurance, commodity inspection, claims, arbitration, force majeure and so on .I'd like to download the contract
4. Payment.. By T/T,, 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.
5. Production: After confirming the samples and issue the order, we will customize the production time and delivery according to your requirement. Our company will notify the client the schedule of the production, so that you can carefully know the production schedule.
6. Packaging Ordinary packaging consists of domestic and exporting packages, we are capable of meeting your requirements.
7.Client advise the information of the forwarder, so we can contact and arrange the shipment.
